after walking around Sydney Airport Transit area looking like an idiot scanning every corner looking for powerpoint, I finally found one.. Muahahahha...

waiting for transit.. Got to wait for like 6hrs.. OMG!!! **Faints..

The plane ride from Wellington to Sydney was horrible.. It was a really bumpy ride and the plane delayed a little due to the strong wind.. Even before the plane took of from Wellington, the plane was already swaying while we were on ground.. And about half the time in air, we were required to fasten our seat belts.. :S

Just saw my tag from Felicia.. Guess what?? They wanted to give me a surprise by sending me last evening.. Hahaha.. I didnt even know.. But we didnt meet.. So sad.. She said she bought tidbits for me and along with it is a love note.. Hehehe.. FELICIA!! I WAN THE LOVE NOTE!! POST TO ME... U all r so sweet lor.. *Screams...

But Feilicia and Fabian went to the wrong terminal and WeiZhong ended up in the airport!!! OMG!!! hahaha.. Its so funny.. So SO SO SO FUNNY!! Hahaha.. But its sweet... =) (*shake head.. want give me surprise also nv find out properly.. Must be Felicia's fault.. Hahaha...) Angeline is going to laugh at u man!!!!

Later still got to take another 7-8hrs flight to get back to Singapore.. Oh man!!! I wan to teleport..

Disappointed
:( Not going sydney already.. coz got to spend like 100+ dollars to get out.. Need an electronic visa which cost 20 bucks and tax will cost 100+bucks.. I am so sad...

In the computer lab at 7am
Currently in the com lab now.. Was suppose to return the room keys yesterday morning by 10am.. and so I did.. But I did not lock my room door so that I could spend another night in there.. However, afraid that they would do a check this morning, I woke up at 6am and got out of my room and locked the door.. Headed out to the common room and rested on the sofa.. After a while, another ger from the lounge above came in with her luggage..

Me: ''Oh.. Leaving today as well?''
Her: ''Yeah.. I was afraid they would check the room this morning..''
Me: (laughing) ''Me too... I just got out of my room as well''
Her: (laughing) ''Yeah.. So I will leave my stuff here''
Me: ''Alright.. No problem''
But I wonder why doesnt she leave her stuff in her own common room.. Hmm.. *Ponders..
Anyway, I tried to go back to bed or rather sofa but I couldnt since I was already awake.. So now here I am in the com lab.. =)

Gotta go grab some bread later at countdown for today's dinner, supper and tmr's breakfast and in between when I am hungry.. **Later.. its so damn COLD now since its early in the morning..

And I guess this should be my last post from palmy??? Unless I get bored again later.. Hehe..

Dread the journey going back to Singapore.. How I wish I could just teleport myself.. My coach is at 5.55pm later.. Reaching Wellington at 8.05pm.. Then going to check into a backpacker and my airport shuttle will come pick me up at 3.45am!!! Which means I gotta get up at 3am!! OMG!!! Flight leaves at 6am and reaching Sydney at 9.35am (NZ time)/ 7.35am (Sydney time). Meeting Cedric at the harbour at 11am (NZ time)/ 9am (Sydney time).. Hanging out for a few hours then heading back to the airport for my next flight at 5.40pm (NZ time)/ 3.40pm (Sydney time).. Then reaching Singapore at 240am (NZ time)/ 1240am (Sydney time)/ 1040pm (Spore time)..

Looking forward to Sydney though.. Hehehe.. Cedric say its really beautiful..

Hope the entire journey will be smooth sailing.. Oh man.. **Dreads.. Dreads..

P.S. My total luggage weight is 30kg.. Man.. So heavy!!! And got to tugged all that with me.. Man..

Packing was crazy
In the computer lab of my hall now... Was packing, weighing, reading Harry Potter and watching Click today..

Packing and weighing was crazy.. I thought it would be easy since I passed Pdus 11kg of my stuff.. But obviously, being a girl, I had lots of stuff.. Initially, I thought I would not need to hand carry any stuff up the airplane.. But I was so wrong! After packing, I realised my luggage was 28kg!!! And the stupid Qantas people would never let me pass with that weight! So I had to remove some stuff and hand carry them up the plane.. DAMN IT..

Would be handing in my keys tomorrow but I wont be leaving till Monday.. Hehehe.. Which means I would be stay secretly for a night. Oh man.. I hope I can just teleport myself back to Singapore.. I dread lugging 30kg of stuff with me AGAIN! **I am going to suffer from muscle ache the next day I reach Singapore.. I am sure... OoooOoo man...

Internet Plan Expired
Dear friends, my internet plan expired last night.. So I wont be online... Just to let you all know, I would be leaving Palmy this coming Monday at 4plus pm and my flight would be leaving Welly airport at 6am on Tuesday.. =) See u guys back in Singapore..

INSTEP: New Zealand

Warning: This is a very very long post and it is mainly for myself so that when I get old and my memory starts failing me, at least I still have this.. Heheehe.. So read only if u want.

5 more days and I will be back in Singapore.. How fast.. These few months flew by like that.. I truely enjoyed this trip and I learnt a lot of new stuff, grow mentally and emotionally and most importantly, found what I thought was lost for years- my independence..

Going overseas for an exchange programme has always been what I really want to experience.. I finally got a chance.. Of course thanks to my parents for their monetary support.. Without them paying for everything, I would never have the chance.. And thanks to my bf for allowing me to go. When I told him I have decided to go for exchange, he didnt stop me at all.. Instead he told me that he thinks that it is a really good opportunity and I should cherish it.. And weirdly, my parents were not worry about dumping their daughter to some other country.. Considering the fact that I am so short and tiny... They didnt even help me with the preparations.. The only thing they asked was for an estimated total amount.. :S But I am glad doing all the prepations myself.. (**Oh the thing that my dad help was to help me book the air ticket).. How great right? He did the easiest job.. What if I screwed up something?

I know it is going to be hard leaving my family, my bf, my friends and all the familar things behind. Stepping out of my comfort zone not knowing what to expect. Not knowing if I could really survive out there all alone and in a totally unfamiliar place. Some even said I was crazy.. especially to leave my bf like that and to be away for months.. They told me there is just too much uncertainity.. My friends told me that they wont do that as they will die leaving their girlfriend/ boyfriend for months.. (Yeah, a guy told me that too.. Hehehe..) I am aware of all the things I am going to face and all the uncertaintity... But.. Hmm I just want to go.. I want to know if I will die.. Hehhe.. (Oh well.. I managed to live and I think my life has gotten even better..) **I remember I seen a banner at BMTC saying "Its not what you left behind.. Its what you gain" Hahaha..

My family, relatives and friends came to send me of.. I wasnt feeling anything at first but when my gong gong started crying (it was quite loud), I cried too.. Hahaha.. I then hugged my sisters and in I went.. That was then I realised "Oh shit.. this is real" hahha.. And I was worried for myself.. Thinking what if I really couldnt take it half way through? Got on the plane, and I met my first obstacle: Not tall enough to put my luggage up the plane! hahahah.. The person in front was kind enough to help me.. Then fly fly fly.. Transit at Brisbane for an hour and continue flying to Wellington..

I reached there in the noon and I was excited.. Lugging 30++kg of luggage with me, I headed for the railway station by cab... The railway station was where I am suppose to take my 2+hrs coach to Palmerston North.. But I had 5hrs before the coach arrived and I was so excited to explore the place.. I then went to ask if there was anywhere I could keep my luggage and they told me I could at this backpacker.. So I lugged my luggage and went there.. It was a difficult chore!! SO HEAVY!!! And far.. Ok I finally safekeep my luggage and started roaming the streets and taking pictures! But I looked so ugly in the pictures as I was really tired.. I am not one who could sleep anywhere outside my room.. So by the time I reach Wellington, I was awake for 30hrs.. The coach was at about 8pm.. Before I got on the coach, I bought some bread and water to bring along with me.. The sky was completely dark by then.. I was so tired but I didnt dare sleep as there were a lot of stops in between and I didnt know which was my.. After 2+hrs of bus ride, I finally got to the town area of Palmerston North.

It was 11+PM by then and the entire town was dead.. Not a single soul.. I then had to find my way to the University. I had to call the campus people to let them know I am here so that they could pass me the room key. So I went in search for a public phone. Obstacle 2: The public phone was ribbed off the phone booth! And by the time I realised that, everyone who alighted from the coach was gone.. There was this one guy left.. So I approached him to borrow his hp to make a phone call.. After getting the details of where I am suppose to head for, I looked out to the road and realised it was EMPTY! Great! How am I going to get a cab? I then approached the guy again to asked him if I could dial for a cab here.. He helped me look around the place and we found the number to call. This time, he automatically took out his hp and handed it to me. And after I was done, he left. **Really grateful to him man.. And I was even more grateful now as I know the cost of making a call out! 89 cents a minute!! HAahaha..

By the time I got to my room, it was almost 2am.. And I broke down and cry for a while.. Reason: I was so tired! And everything was so heavy! Was awake for 2days.. But weird enough, my crying lasted for only 5 minutes.. Hahaha.. I then set up my laptop, used my credit card to purchase the internet plan, unpacked and hit the bed..

Farewell cum Belated 21st Bday Celebration- I love my friends!!!

Hehehe... Had a SURPRISE today.. Today was suppose to be hell's pizza day but it wasnt.. It was a trick from the start... (Last week)... I had no clue or whatsoever that they are going to give me a surprise... Hehehe.. So it was really a surprise.. Amy parked her car at the back and we walked one round around the street.. "Shopping" with all the stores closed.. I was like hmm ok fine.. Since Angeline said there was some sales at some shop and she wanted to check out.. After walking a round, we pass by 'Da Kou Fu' (steamboat shop) and Angeline said: "Look, Felicia and Fabian is in there!" I replied: "Why are they there?" hahhahaha.. I am so dumb.. Even ask her why are they there.. Anyway I am happy today.. And touched.. They are so nice.. I love you all... (Amy, Angeline and Felicia) hehehhe.. Fabian and Wei Zhong were there too.. (hmm.. ok la.. love u all a bit..) hahhaha...Feel weird saying that~~.. Anyway, check out my birthday present!!!

I love eating ice cream during winter...
Exams have ended!!! And the immunology paper was so easy.. Hahahha.. Completed 25 minutes before hand and left.. Headed to town to get vegetables and some bread.. (Muffins and scones..) Yum Yum.. I love them.. Ooo bought ice cream too.. And ate the ice cream as I was walking towards the bus stop and when I was waiting for bus.. Love eating ice cream during winter.. Its just different.. And I love it...
