Going to The Concourse to celebrate New Year's Eve.. Potluck.. Oh well, I am in charge of dessert.. So got to go to the super market later to get some.. Decided to get watermelon.. Wanted to do a fruit cocktail but I will have to bring a big tupperware and bring it back again.. Whereas for watermelon, I could use a aluminium tray.. Heheh.. So got to go get 2 large large watermelon later.. Oh man.. So heavy.. Any muscular guy would like to help me out???

Great, let me continue with my South Island Trip blog.. the last time I left of, I was talking about day 5.. And was blogging on 2oth June.. So 6mths since the last South Island Trip, let me continue..

*Recap.. Day 5 was at Te Anau...

New Zealand- South Island Trip [Day 6]

So we drove from Te Anau to Milford Sound.. It was a long drive but along the way, we stopped by many places.. They were all so beautiful..

(1) Mirror Lake

This lake was called the mirror lake because the water was so clear and still that a really clear reflection of the entire mountain behind can be seen... I was a little disappointed with the Mirror Lake because when I read about it in Lonely Planet, I pictured a really huge huge place.. But due to the mountainous area and the lake, the man made area for us to take photos was really small n tiny... *Above, the best photo with me in it.. The rest look totally ugly.. The lighting there was horrible too.. Turning on the flash made me look like a ghost.. But switching off the flash, u couldnt c me at all...

(2) Lake Gunn Nature Walk

I totally love the forest here... Its so moss~y.. Its like some fairy tale land where I would meet some ugly monster.. Hahhaha.. And my prince will come and save me from that ugly monster which is just about to eat me alive...

We Climbed and we Climbed...

And walked even more...

And finally we got to the top....

We need rest and sun block!!!!

Time to hit the road again... And this time all the way to Milford Sound for our cruise... The cruise was great.. the view was totally wow...

Before that we had to go thru this tunnel.. The tunnel is so narrow tat it is one way.. And each time we wait, we had to wait 15mins for the other side to come thru...

Yeah this is the little bird we saw while we were waiting for the lights to turn green.. Forgotten wats its call but apparently it is only found in the South Island... Watever.. I m not into birds..

*Next up.. Milford Sound...

Results out.. Apparently it was out last night at midnight.. After all these years, I still do not know tat.. what the hell.. I thought they only release the results at like 9am or 10am.. Shit..

Last night at midnight.. I was masking my face happily and reading my book and listening to radio.. after which I had maggie mee and was awake all the way till 2 before I went to bed.. *Dumb Dumb..

Anway, just checked my result a little while ago..

HAPPY HAPPY.. Hehehe... Best Sem so far I think.. =)

XMAS EVE...

Its the 24th of Decemeber once again.. Hmm.. where did I spend Xmas eve last year???
*Recall recall...
Oh.. hahaha.. me and erri and friends.. went Pasir Ris Park..
We had our own BBQ pit and did some simple BBQ.. pitch a tent and hang out there till morni...
And when day break, the rain fall upon us.. HEAVY HEAVY rain.. and all of us were totally drench.. Hahahha.. So funny..

This year, so far, still no plans.. Erri was saying tat maybe we could head to mt faber later at night.. I went to check and there would b fireworks.. however, we would have a problem coming back as the bus from mt faber to harbourfront ends at 12mn... Hmmm...

To me, Xmas is not of great significance to me.. Its just a day to remind me that the year is coming to an end and the new year is coming...

New year eves are better.. As it marks a new start.. a new beginning.. :)

Went bowling yesterday with Erri and my sisters.. I am the big fat loser for both games.. OMG!! *Dont ask for my score.. Its total shit..

Woke up this morning and I m suffering from butt ache, leg ache and arms ache.. :(

Had a terrible dream last night.. it was one where I made a decision and did and say everything out.. It was a tough tough decision.. Upon waking up, I feel so relax.. Its like a burden have been lifted off me...

However, a few mins later, I realised it was all a dream.. Everything around me is still the same.. Now I feel ___.. Is my dream telling me sth?

Ahhhh.. Fishes Nibbling at our feet!!!!!!!!!!! Biting away our dead skin cells... Hehhee..

It was itchy itchy.. Hahahhaha...

We had smooth smooth feet and legs after that... TRUE.. Hehhehe..

On the train...

We went to Plaza Singapura today.. Went to watch Warlords (TUESDAY so tickets price is at $6.50 for GV members.. Hahhaa..) It was a long but nice show.. Before watching Warlords, we walked around.. Shop shop eat eat.. Had British Take Away and Auntie Annie.. He bought a jeans from Giordano (they are having 40% sales) and I bought my fake eyelashes from Sasa.. Tried on my fake Sasa lashes and I think Face Shop fake lashes are much better.. Sasa lashes seems so wobbly and dead.. Face Shop's seems more steady.. (not so lem~be). Anyway, I saw a white shorts I like but it was like damn transparent.. Totally transparent!!! So obviously, nv buy..

After show, we had Gelarae.. (TUESDAY!!! So 50% of waffles..) Hehehe.. Had a large waffle and 3 scoops of ice cream and a cup of ice lemon tea and it added up to $11+

After Gelarae we headed to Chinatown for our Fish Foot Spa.. then went for dinner.. (Carrot cake, Wan Tan Mee, Popiah and a can of drink...)

Then he sent me home and we had some girly time together.. Hahaha.. Check out pics below...

Oh before girly time, we had Caramel Corn and watched TV...

WTH???!!! hahahahha.. He is trimming my brows for me... hahaha.. coz while we were out he said a little grow out liao.. I told him v difficult to trim myself.. SO... HAhahaha.. Forced him to do it for me.. (first time...)

ooooo... and how can we forget nail painting time.. Obviously, he did a bad job.. (I painted one hand myself.. which looked good and he did the other hand for me.. which looked bad..) In the end, I had everything removed...
