Just got screwed.. Damn shit.. Hai.. Ultra sad... Used the wrong cells so the protein of interest cant be expressed.. Hai.. But I didnt know.. Blah Blah told me to use DH5alpha and so I did.. Apparently he didnt tell me that DH5alpha is for plasmid amplification and not protein expression.. And here I am thinking that DH5alpha is the cheaper version of BL23 CodonPlus.. Hai...
Got questioned by Jimmy.. Sian shit..
